MIND Research Institute Launches a Second Brand, MIND Education

This approach clearly signifies the company’s work on innovative math products as well as social impact and research, and customers will experience no disruption

IRVINE, Calif. (February 1, 2023) MIND Research Institute, a neuroscience and education social impact organization dedicated to ensuring that all students are mathematically equipped to solve the world’s most challenging problems, has launched a new brand with a shared mission.

MIND Education is now the parent brand for the products ST Math and InsightMath. MIND Research Institute will remain the brand for social impact and research. MIND Education leverages and applies the research findings and insights from MIND Research Institute directly into its instructional programs, including educational goals and outcomes, content efficacy, and implementation success.

The two non-profit organizations are fully aligned in their mission, and the day-to-day business operations will remain the same. MIND customers will experience no disruption in services or contacts within the organization.

“MIND has made this change to elevate its education programs and services to schools and districts while preserving ownership of intellectual property from its research and development.  It also allows us to segregate our donor grants and related activities to provide more clarity on its philanthropic work.”, said Brett Woudenberg, the CEO of MIND Education. “We remain one MIND team focused on and dedicated to the same mission.”

About MIND Education

MIND Education engages, motivates, and challenges students towards mathematical success through its mission to mathematically equip all students to solve the world’s most challenging problems.  MIND is the creator of ST Math, a pre-K–8 visual instructional program that leverages the brain’s innate spatial-temporal reasoning ability to solve mathematical problems; and InsightMath, a neuroscience-based K-6 curriculum that transforms student learning by teaching math the way the brain learns so all students are equipped to succeed. During the 2022-23 school year, MIND Education and ST Math  reached more than 2.28 million students and 115,000 educators across the country. Visit MIND Education to learn more.
