Discovery Education Wins Several Tech Edvocate Awards for Leadership and Innovation

Charlotte, NC (Tuesday, August 27, 2024) — Global edtech leader Discovery Education has been presented with multiple honors from the 8th Annual Tech Edvocate Awards. The Tech Edvocate Awards highlight the best that edtech has to offer by recognizing outstanding companies, people, and products.

Discovery Education solutions were also named finalists in several categories, including Science Techbook and the STEM Careers Coalition in the Best STEM/STEAM Education App or Tool category, DreamBox Math in the Best Math App or Tool, and Mystery Writing in the Best Literacy App or Tool category.  

Nominations were evaluated by a panel of diverse edtech professionals, constituting 80% of the winners’ overall scores. Public online voting comprised the other 20% of the score. The Annual Tech Edvocate Awards are produced by The Edvocate each year. The Edvocate was created in 2014 to argue for shifts in education policy and organization to enhance the quality of education and the opportunities for learning afforded to P-20 students in the United States.
