Free Wellness Workshops for World Teachers’ Day 2022

This session will provide balance and self-evaluation exercises to center your wellness as a step toward reducing stress, working through challenges, and making a positive impact on others in an equitable and diversified environment. You’ll balance your nervous system with multiple somatic/mindful practices woven throughout an engaging Stress Resilience workshop, mapping our stress cycles against the Human Function Curve. Learn to read your unique “body cues”, “behavior cues”, and “communication cues” such that you can engage in connected communication with colleagues and mindfully shift yourself/your nervous system back into homeostasis.
