iCEV Expands Its Executive Team to Fuel Growth

New VP of Marketing brings decades of experience leading customer-centric initiatives in support of iCEV sales goals

Lubbock, TX – September 4, 2024 iCEV, a trailblazer in Career & Technical Education (CTE) solutions, has named a new Vice President of Marketing to its executive team. The company promoted Marisa Coar to the position. With more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and education, Coar is a strong addition to iCEV’s executive team. She is both well-respected by the sales and marketing team and an innovative leader who uses data-driven strategies to help drive growth for the organization.

Coar joined iCEV in September 2023 as the director of revenue empowerment. In her role, she excelled at leading a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, and delivering exceptional results. Prior to iCEV, Coar managed enablement curriculum content and design at Newsela, a literacy-focused edtech startup company. She also led enablement curriculum design at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, an adaptive learning company, where she planned and executed the rollout of key sales initiatives to more than 500 account executives.
