Scribbles Software Completes its Integration with Naviance eDocs

Now schools using PowerSchool Naviance CCLR can easily share supporting documentation with more than 2,000 additional colleges

Charlotte, North Carolina – October 4, 2023 Scribbles Software today announced it completed its integration with PowerSchool Naviance CCLR eDocs so high schools using Naviance have easy access to an additional 2,000 plus colleges and universities for sending transcripts and supporting documentation when students are applying for admission. Scribbles Software in the last year alone completed nearly one million electronic transcript requests from districts across the United States, including over 20 of the 30 largest districts in the country. This integration makes the process of transferring records for college applications simpler, easier, and faster.

Naviance eDocs, part of PowerSchool’s Workforce Development Cloud, is an electronic college application tool that allows schools to securely prepare and send college application documentation electronically to more than 3,000 colleges and universities. The partnership with Scribbles increases this number to more than 5,000.

Scribbles partnered with PowerSchool, the owner of Naviance eDocs, in April 2023. Now that the integration is complete, students and schools can use Scribbles and Naviance to send digital transcripts, letters of recommendation, and other documents to colleges and universities with the click of a button.

“When it comes to applying for college, the process of getting the right information to the right places shouldn’t be a barrier,” said Amy Reitz, Group Vice President of Product, PowerSchool, “The integration of Naviance eDocs with Scribbles is helping to remove that barrier to make applying for college more accessible for even more students.”

Added Marshall Simmonds, Vice President of Sales for Scribbles Software, “At Scribbles, we ensure easy and equitable access for students pursuing higher education by making the process of sending, requesting and receiving records easy, fast and secure. The integration with Naviance eDocs allows us to support even more students and schools.”
