
Diana Deca is the founder and CEO of Neurobotx, a Boeing-backed leader in spatial computing for aerospace and mobility. She is also the founder of Metapilot Academy, the world’s first MBA program focused on defense, aerospace, and AI — with executive faculty from Boeing, Stellantis, NASA, the U.S. Air Force, and more. Diana holds a PhD in neuroscience, with research spanning brain-computer interfaces, spatial navigation, and immersive technologies. As a professor and editor at Cambridge University Press, she bridges science, entrepreneurship, and deep tech. Diana has helped raise over $500M for next-gen mobility companies and works at the intersection of generative AI, defense innovation, and education reform. She is passionate about preparing the next generation of leaders to navigate a post-AGI world and believes the future of learning lies in immersive, mission-driven experiences.
