For optimal SEO, a press release title should ideally be around 70 characters or less as Google tends to truncate page titles (including press release headlines) beyond this point, potentially cutting off important keywords in your title. We have limited this to 90 caracters but we highly recomend you stick to the SEO reccomendation.
According to most SEO experts, the ideal length for an article to optimize for search engines is between 1,000 and 2,500 words; however, the optimal length depends greatly on the topic, audience, and search intent, with some complex topics requiring longer, more in-depth articles and simpler questions potentially answered in shorter pieces. Please resolve any formatting issues or extra line breaks prior to submitting. The primary post image is below please do not post your primary post image in the main content.

For optimal SEO, an excerpt should ideally be around 1-2 sentences long and concisely summarize the content of your article, including relevant keywords, while remaining under 160 characters to fit within most search engine result pages.
