JoEllen Lynch is the Executive Director of Springpoint, a national organization that partners with school districts and intermediary networks to launch new secondary schools, and President of J. Lynch Consultants, Inc. As such, she has over 25 years of experience in national, state, and local efforts to create both systemic and model pathways for education and economic opportunity.
