Matthew Cwalina is Discovery Education’s Senior Director of Digital Instruction. Cwalina’s almost 20 years of educational experience includes service as a middle school teacher, high school teacher, K-12 lead teacher, and district Director of Curriculum and Instruction. In addition, he was also a member of the Critical Stakeholder Review Team for the Next Generation Science Standards. Currently, Cwalina oversees the development of Discovery Education’s digital curricular resources, including those found in the award-winning series of digital textbooks, or Techbooks.
