America250 is the national nonpartisan initiative to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the United States, led by the congressionally appointed U.S. Semiquincentennial Commission and its supporting nonprofit, America250.org, Inc. Rosie Rios chairs the organization. It runs America's Field Trip, a contest for students in grades 3-12.
