Judy Bowling is a former media specialist and Level Up instructor with Livonia Public Schools in Michigan. At the time of writing for edCircuit (2018), she was Library and Instructional Technology Consultant for Wayne RESA. She co-wrote the article with Tim Klan, Livonia's administrator of information and instructional technology, on how the district's Level Up program helps teachers adopt new technology.
