Matt Williams serves as the Vice President of Policy and Advocacy for KnowledgeWorks directing strategy for federal and state policy and advocacy to advance personalized and competency-based learning. Williams, in particular, focuses on engaging state policymakers, partners, and district leaders in build catalytic state policy.
