Allison Rodman is the founder and chief learning officer of The Learning Loop, an education consulting organization, and a framework specialist with The Danielson Group. A former teacher, instructional coach and school leader, Rodman was assistant principal and director of professional development at Mariana Bracetti Academy in Philadelphia at the time of this 2015 interview. Rodman wrote Personalized Professional Learning (2019) and Still Learning (2023).
