Literacy First is a program of the Charles A. Dana Center at The University of Texas at Austin that trains paraprofessionals to deliver daily 30-minute reading tutoring to students in kindergarten through grade 2, in English or Spanish. It is implemented in several Central Texas school districts, including Georgetown ISD.
