National Life Group is a financial services company, based in Montpelier, Vermont, whose companies offer life insurance, annuities, investments and retirement planning, including 403(b) and 457(b) plans in the K-12 school market. Through the National Life Group Foundation it runs the LifeChanger of the Year program, which has recognized school employees since 2011. The 2025-2026 grand prize winner was announced in February 2026.
