POWERUP Toys makes POWERUP, a motorized kit that clips onto a folded paper airplane and is flown from a smartphone app. The company started with Kickstarter campaigns and has released several versions, including POWERUP 3.0 and 4.0. The concept came from CEO Shai Goitein, who has said he developed it while teaching children aerodynamics.
