Matt Dascoli is the Manager of K12 Education Strategy with Dell Technologies. Matt’s passion is helping schools systems implement change. Matt taught every core secondary science before working as a technology leader where he helped redefine a Virginia based school district’s approach to professional learning and re-envision technology integration. He was the lead architect behind the district’s student device initiative.
Amy McLaughlin

Amy McLaughlin is the Executive Director, Technical and Solutions Architecture at Oregon State University and Cyber Security & Network Consultant & Project Lead at CoSN. An experienced technology and information security leader with experience in education, finance, medical and government sectors. Skilled in Information Security and Privacy, Management, Project Management, and Business Process Improvement. Experienced educator with a Master of Science – MS focused in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and a Master of Arts focused in Marriage & Family Therapy from NCC.
Frankie Jackson

Frankie Jackson is a former K-12 CTO for 25+ years. She has worked as an assistant superintendent and CTO for one of the largest K-12 school districts in the nation. Frankie serves on CoSN’s policy committee, CoSN’s advisory board for driving K-12 innovation, CoSN’s advanced professional development committee, and CoSN’s cybersecurity committee. Additionally, she is a facilitator for CoSN’s IT project management for school systems leaders’ course and CoSN’s Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL) program. Frankie serves the Association for School Business Officials and Texas ASBO as a subject matter expert, mentor, and chair of the Information Technology certification programs.
