Articles, insights and analysis on Education Today from EdCircuit.
Education Today is a podcast presented by Soundtrap for Education and produced with edCircuit. Its eleven episodes were recorded in the spring and summer of 2020, as schools closed for the pandemic and worked out how to teach from a distance, and they bring superintendents, teachers, researchers, authors and technology leaders into the studio.
Episodes cover crisis decision-making and communication, the difference between emergency remote learning and online learning, CARES Act budgets, storytelling and student voice, podcasting in the classroom, STEM and music education, child safeguarding, supporting families through remote learning and social justice conversations in schools, with a Data Insight from The Learning Counsel in most episodes.
